All rights in the trademark “Overstreet™” are either owned by, or exclusively, perpetually licensed by, Overstreet Arrowheads™, LLC for use in connection with generally engaging in commerce, providing services, and publishing and marketing certain printed works, all in the field of Native American artifacts.
